Does anybody want to buy an LPTV station?
For several months now, I have been taking care of an LPTV station in Syracuse and the owner is looking to sell. It is in a pretty good location; on a tall building downtown. It has a newer transmitter and antenna, EAS gear, located in a conditioned space, etc.

Monthly revenue probably not enough to pay the rent for the roof-top space. I was surprised how much our station was paying the roof-top slumlord (Peachtree Plaza) for two square feet of space. And access to it was difficult at best. But the building across the way (Georgia Pacific Building) was no better.
How much is rooftop rent typically?
